Meet and Greet of Cohort 2: Exploring EGA Learning Resources and Participants' Dashboard

The Meet and Greet session officially welcomed participants to Cohort 2 of the EGA Mentorship International Programme. The interactive session introduced participants to the programme's vision, expectations, and learning journey while providing a comprehensive walkthrough of the EGA Learning Resources and Participants' Dashboard. Participants were guided on how to navigate the platform, access learning materials, join mentorship activities, track their growth, submit assignments, book appointments, and engage with the EGA community throughout the programme. The session also served as an opportunity for participants to introduce themselves, connect with fellow cohort members, and begin building an international network of emerging leaders. Cohort 2 brings together a diverse group of participants from Ghana, Tanzania, Pakistan, Egypt, Ethiopia, and Papua New Guinea, reflecting EGA Mentorship International's commitment to fostering global collaboration, leadership development, and cross-cultural learning. By the end of the session, participants had gained a clear understanding of the programme structure, available digital tools, community expectations, and the support systems designed to help them maximize their mentorship experience.
