- One EGA leadership module every week - self-leadership, communication, teamwork and ethical innovation

- Every module ends with a short Module Check.
- You answer key questions by recording your voice on the platform - explaining ideas in your own words, as you would to a friend.
- Projects are presented as short videos (YouTube unlisted or Google Drive) that your tutor watches on the platform.
