Rachel Kajula

My name is Rachel Kajula, a very blessed passionate youth leader, entrepreneur and social impact advocate from Tanzania. I am the founder of the non government organization called POSITIVE PATH ALLIANCE, with focus of empowering kids, youth and communities through education, mentorship, leadership. My burden is for kids, I want to help them not to regret in future by helping them discovering their purpose early. To know who they are, what exactly they are supposed to be no guessing, not because of life situations or parental influences. I want them to freely live their lives, to build confidence, create positive changes in the communities. My background is full of social interaction, community leadership, mentorship and counseling, and public Relations and communications. I have been working with different organizations, schools, churches and groups and this helped me to gain experience in leadership, management and community outreach. My goal is to become a game changer in the community, an international leader who create a space for people to change their negative attitudes to positive attitudes. A space where people will discover their potentials(who they are at the early age). I am eagerly planning to make different programs and opportunities for people to learn, to heal, and to discover so we n longer I have a proverb of “I wish I know this earlier” I trust that EGA program mentorship will help me to be better than I am now in leadership, I believe they wi strengthen my mentorship skills, social community and communication.
